Terms of Service

By installing or using Azent Delivery Time Slots (“the App”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided to help Shopify merchants manage delivery or pickup date and time selection during checkout. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and Shopify’s terms.

2. Account & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your Shopify store.
• We are not responsible for misconfigurations made within your store or the App.

3. Fees and Billing

• Pricing and billing terms are defined on the Shopify App Store listing.
• Charges are processed through Shopify’s billing system.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Optional Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, the App may access your Google account only as needed to support the integration features you enable. This may include listing available calendars, allowing you to select a target calendar, and creating, updating, deleting, or testing order-related calendar events. Your use of Google Calendar remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Lost revenue
• Order errors
• Delivery issues caused by incorrect configuration
• Indirect or consequential damages

6. Data Responsibility

Merchants are responsible for ensuring delivery options shown to customers are accurate and managing fulfillment based on delivery information collected.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the App is used in violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws.
