Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to Shopify applications published by Azent Labs (each, an “App”). By installing or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Each App is provided to help Shopify merchants with the features described in its Shopify App Store listing and in-app documentation. You agree to use each App in compliance with all applicable laws and Shopify’s terms.

2. Account & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your Shopify store.
• We are not responsible for misconfigurations made within your store or the App.

3. Fees and Billing

• Pricing and billing terms are defined on the Shopify App Store listing.
• Charges are processed through Shopify’s billing system.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Optional Third-Party Integrations

Some Apps may offer optional integrations with third-party services. You are responsible for reviewing the relevant third-party terms and for authorizing only the integrations you choose to use. We access an integration only as needed to provide the enabled feature.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Lost revenue
• Order errors
• Delivery issues caused by incorrect configuration
• Indirect or consequential damages

6. Data Responsibility

Merchants are responsible for configuring each App accurately, reviewing its output, and managing their store operations, customer communications, and fulfillment in accordance with their own policies and legal obligations.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the App is used in violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws.
