This page explains how Azent Delivery Time Slots complies with GDPR and Shopify data protection requirements.

1. Data Deletion Upon App Uninstallation

When a merchant uninstalls the App:

  • All stored app-related data is automatically deleted or anonymized.
  • This includes delivery configurations and stored delivery metadata.
  • Deletion occurs within a reasonable period after uninstallation.

2. Shopify GDPR Webhooks

We comply with Shopify’s mandatory GDPR webhooks:

  • customers/redact
  • shop/redact
  • app/uninstalled

These webhooks trigger automatic data cleanup processes in our system.

3. Data Retention Exceptions

If data must be retained for legal or accounting reasons, it will be minimized, secured, and retained only for the legally required duration.

4. Requesting Data Deletion

Merchants may request manual data deletion at any time by contacting:

Please include:

  • Shopify store domain
  • Request details

5. Confirmation

We will confirm data deletion once the process is completed.
